Cancellation Policy

At A Stones Throw Massage Therapy, we value your time and the time of our therapist. To ensure that our schedule runs smoothly and to provide the best possible service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation and no-show policy:

1. Cancellation Policy:

   Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need of our services. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a charge.

   If you cancel or reschedule your appointment:

   - More than 24 hours in advance: No charge.

   - Less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of your session price will be charged.

2. No-Show Policy:

   A "no-show" is defined as a client who misses their appointment without canceling or rescheduling. No-shows inconvenience both our therapist and other clients who could have utilized the time slot. Therefore, a flat fee of $50 will be charged for all no-shows.

   Exceptions to the cancellation policy:

   - Illness or Emergency: We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and your well-being is important to us. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness or an emergency, please inform us as soon as possible, and no cancellation fee will be charged. We appreciate your cooperation in providing appropriate documentation or proof if requested.

Please note the following important points:

- Late arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged the full session price.

- Appointment reminders: We strive to provide appointment reminders through various channels such as phone calls, text messages, or emails. However, it is the client's responsibility to keep track of their scheduled appointments and to manage any changes or cancellations.
